Biotech and Pharmaceutical Patenting Conference

Charles Harding chaired this Biotech and Pharmaceutical Patenting Conference. Charles Harding and Aylsa Williams spoke at the Opposition Proceedings Masterclass which covered when to file, how to file, and the types of filing strategies. The session covered in depth how to run an opposition, in particular presenting a case at oral proceedings. The session was a pro-active event and included the use of a worked example to enforce the speakers' remarks.
