Experience in private practice since 2002. Qualified as a UK and European Trade Mark Attorney by examination in 2006 (winner of John Parker Memorial Prize for best performance in UK trade mark practice).

Handles full range of UK, CTM, Madrid Protocol and overseas trade mark filing and prosecution, including advice on global filing strategies, trade mark clearance searching and infringement advice, opposition, revocation and invalidation proceedings, Hearings before UK IP Office, appeals before OHIM Boards of Appeal, opinion work for appeals to the Court of First Instance, drafting and negotiating trade mark co-existence agreements, domain name dispute resolution, work with Customs to help obtain destruction of counterfeit goods, advice on design and copyright ownership and protection.
